At 1.3GHz, I don't see any reason ANYONE would want that chip in any form factor. Intel graphics remains uncompetitive, and even for a low voltage device, that chip is pathetic.

Even at 1.3GHz it is much faster AMD's Zacate and has similar TDPIt looks like a good alternative to Zacate as long as the price difference is big between the two

According to intel website Pentium 967 has GPU turbo 1GHz and Pentium B960 has 1.1GHz GPU turboSo, why anandtech says N/A ?
